About the Teacher

Mrs. Steele

Welcome! Mrs. Steele knows she has the best job in being the science teacher! She holds a BS in Education from Howard Payne University and an MSSE from Montana State University (Go Cats!); currently she also is involved with the POGIL Project, a non-profit that creates activities to improve science and math education and access for students in middle school, high school and undergrad classes.

In the summer she likes to go camping in her pop-up camper and enjoy the mountains with her husband and family. She also likes science fiction, fantasy fiction and a good jigsaw puzzle. Her favorite verse that guides her in teaching science is Colossians1:15-17.
